Payment, quotation and documents

Price, beneficiary, payment stages, documents, route and exclusions are recorded in the written quote and vehicle-specific agreement.

Contracting and payment receiving entity: Shenzhen Xinxin Electronic Commerce Co., Ltd. (Unified Social Credit Code: 91440300MA5GU0H299). The beneficiary shown on the PI and payment instructions must match the agreed transaction documents.

Compare quotations on the same basis

Vehicle identity
Model year, original trim name, condition, quantity and the available VIN or frame number for the offered vehicle.
Price and validity
Currency, validity date, vehicle price, payment stages and a named delivery or collection point.
Services and freight
State which domestic transport, inspection, export services, document preparation and international freight charges are included, excluded or still estimated.
Document responsibilities
Ask which vehicle, export and transport documents will be supplied, who prepares each one and when. Have your local importer check the destination’s required set before payment.
Destination costs
Separate onward transport and destination charges from the China-side price. The agreement should state which party handles each item.

PI

Documents

Export and transport documents depend on the vehicle, route and country. The final list is agreed with the importer and carrier.

Payment fraud risk

Do not send funds to a personal or unapproved account. Confirm any bank-detail change by calling the official website number again.

When is the Proforma Invoice issued?

Can I pay a personal account?

No. The beneficiary must match the agreed documents. Reconfirm any bank-detail change through the official contact.

Is customs clearance included?

Only when expressly included in the written quote. DAP itself does not include import clearance or taxes.

Are credit, escrow or letters of credit available?

The website does not promise them. Available payment methods and stages are stated only in the transaction documents.
